A variety of services that focus on helping people understand and manage their situations are offered to patients, their families and our community. There is no charge for any of the services or resources because of the generosity of our volunteers, community and partnerships.

The Care Team offers support through our Care Centre Program and through our Outreach Program, which reaches out to provide care in homes, treatment centers, hospitals, hospices, residential care facilities, schools and the business community.

Our Care Team of counsellors, staff and volunteers works closely with hospital and community medical staff.
