CLINICAL NURSE LEADER – IRENE THOMAS HOSPICEThe Delta Hospice Society is hiring for the full-time position of Clinical Nurse Leader for the 10-bed Irene Thomas Hospice in Ladner, BC.  The Clinical Leader provides leadership, clinical supervision, guidance and support to a multi-disciplinary team, based on the best practices of hospice palliative care.  The Clinical leader has responsibilities for achieving program goals through ensuring effective day-to-day operations of the hospice residence, as well as case management, clinical resource utilization, quality improvement and risk management activities.
