Grief is a difficult, but normal response to loss. Information and/or support can help some people understand and manage their grief to begin the process of healing.
When a death occurs, it is beginning of a journey that can be very painful, overwhelming and sometimes lonely. There is no right or wrong way to grieve and it is important for us to recognize that each of us grieve in our own way in our own time. We offer a variety of individual, family and group programs including clinical counselling. Services are available for survivors of an anticipated or a sudden death and includes those who may be supporting a friend or child in grief.
